I was reading a "shelter-in-place" order qualifying under the #1 reason of "local quarantine or isolation order." We have a construction company, and our site management staff is unable to work due to a shelter in place order currently and construction sites are shut down. We have an office manager whose primary responsibility is greeting clients, maintaining the office space, check mail, answering phones etc. There is no one in the office currently due to a local "shelter-in-place."
