Just to be clear - if we are a SUBcontractor to a company that has a Federal Contract, and we interact with the contract, that means we MUST have a vaccine mandate? And if yes, by what date?

As a GOV CONTR, we may not have a choice about whether or not EEs are required to be in the office (if they work normally at the GOV site). We have granted religious accommodations so far but we are all 'all home'. I am concerned that our customers may require EEs to work in person soon. If so, at that point, we may need to re-evaluate the approved accommodation, is that correct? I am concerned about employees being forced back to in person work who we have already approved religious acc. for. :(

Are "non-compete" restrictions or bans based on company headquarters, or based on residence of employee? If non-competes are currently signed and in place, are they now invalid and /or what do you recommend as a next step or remedy?

Are MD Flexible Leave Act Amm. based on employee residence or based on Company headquarters? Same for Ban the Box laws. Example... company HQ in VA, but job sites are in VA, MD, DC, WV, etc. - and some employees live in MD.
